M & M PLANNING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT was founded in Bilbao in November 2008 with an overall aim to assist and support companies and public entities in the planning, promotion and management of all types of projects within the logistics, market research and marketing sectors.

 

From the very beginning, our aim was to open up to international markets with high flexibility and capacity to adapt to today's dynamic environments, in order to be able to detect and take advantage of the opportunities that may arise in foreign relations, especially with Latin American countries. Since then, the challenges of a growing internationalization as well as the increasing requirements of our clients within a public-private environment that is becoming more and more competitive, global and dynamic.

NASCO (North American Strategy For Competitiveness) was founded in 1994 in North Texas as the “I-35 Corridor Coalition” by a group of local elected officials and private industry partners concerned about the recently ratified North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and its impact on congestion in the region. Today, NASCO is a grassroots tri-national coalition of governments (México, USA and Canada) membership organization focused on the North American supply chain and logistics, energy and the environment, and closing the skilled workforce gap.

Our participation at the NASCO Continental Meeting held in Dallas/Fort Worth (Texas, US) on November 13-15, 2016, provided M & M the support to propose the strategic reorientation taken until now, and prioritizing our  participation in the consulting of major logistics projects, such as those relating to logistics platforms to be developed in the Mexican state of Nuevo Leon.

Accordingly, in recent years we have focused on the development of logistics projects in the fields of infrastructure, aeronautical and postgraduate training, as well as logistical-commercial support and the application of advanced methodologies and technologies to our clients in order to optimize and improve their efficiency.
